Platform Terms

These Authorized User Terms of Use (“User Terms”) govern your individual access to and use of the Aquantix Technologies LLC customer dashboard and related online platform (the “Platform”). 

Your organization has authorized you to access the Platform pursuant to an agreement between Aquantix Technologies LLC (“Aquantix”) and your organization (the “Customer Agreement”). The Customer Agreement governs the provision of the Platform and Aquantix products and services to your organization. 

These User Terms supplement the Customer Agreement and apply specifically to your individual use of the Platform. If these User Terms conflict with the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement controls. 

1. Authorized Access 

You may use the Platform only if you have been authorized by an Aquantix customer and only for that customer’s internal business purposes. 

Your access is personal to you. You may not share your account or login credentials with an unauthorized person. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must promptly notify your organization or Aquantix if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account. 

2. Acceptable Use 

You may not: 

• access data, accounts, systems, or portions of the Platform you are not authorized to access; 

• share Platform access with unauthorized users;

• circumvent or interfere with security or access controls; 

• introduce malicious code or interfere with operation of the Platform; 

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform; 

• scrape or systematically extract Platform information except through functionality authorized by Aquantix; 

• use the Platform to develop or support a competing product or service; 

• conduct unauthorized penetration, security, or benchmark testing; 

• remove proprietary notices; or 

• use the Platform in violation of applicable law or for any life-safety, emergency-response, or regulated water-quality certification purpose. 

3. Platform Information 

The Platform provides operational monitoring and informational alerts intended to assist with management and maintenance of water-treatment equipment and related systems. 

The Platform does not test or certify water quality, verify health or safety, guarantee detection of every flow condition, equipment failure, filter condition, or maintenance need, or establish regulatory compliance. 

Users should not rely on the Platform as a substitute for required inspections, testing, maintenance, manufacturer instructions, regulatory requirements, or appropriate professional judgment. 

4. Intellectual Property 

The Platform and its software, interfaces, dashboards, documentation, algorithms, analytics, and related technology are owned by Aquantix or its licensors. 

Your access to the Platform does not transfer any ownership rights to you. 

5. Access and Suspension 

Your access to the Platform depends on your continued authorization by your organization and the applicable Customer Agreement. 

Aquantix may restrict or suspend individual access when reasonably necessary to address unauthorized use, security concerns, violations of these User Terms, or threats to the Platform or other users. 

6. Customer Agreement Controls 

Commercial terms, data ownership, warranties, service levels, support, security obligations, indemnification, limitations of liability, termination rights, data retention and export, and dispute resolution are governed by the applicable Customer Agreement. 

Nothing in these User Terms modifies or expands Aquantix’s obligations under a Customer Agreement.
